1. Single Pass Design
– The continuous production line adopts a set of pass system to roll all specifications of products, and each specifica-tion is rolled into finished products through a 3- roll reducing and sizing unit.
- Advantages:
– The frequency of roll replacement is low, and the utilization rate of the rolling mill is increased, effectively improv-ing production capacity.
– Less adjustment of rolling mill guide, product quality stable, low accident rate such as steel stacking, and small workload for adjusting personnel.
– The pass system is single, the specifications of the rollers and guide rollers are single, the inventory of spare parts is small, and the cost of spare parts is reduced.

2. Range of pass types that can be adjusted
– Different cross sections (F) can be rolled in the same 3-roll pass.
