Online automatic rebar counting and separation system
– Based on the technology of target recognition, tracking, and automatic separation for rod-shaped objects, applying a deep learning way, and combining non-contact machine vision technology with automatic intelli-gent control technology, composed of separation mechanical arms on precisive servo displacement ends.

Automatic adding casting powder system
– By taking industrial robots as its platform, and using a quantitative casting powder feeding device to evenly distribute casting powder from the silo into the continuous casting mold, the automatic equipment is characterized by high performance and strong stability.

- Caliper instrument
1. Eight-axis intelligent caliper

– Suitable for slitting and rolling produc tion lines.
3. Combined measuring instrument for width and thickness
– Real-time measurement of cold or hot-rolled flat steel, and other plate steels.
Bundle rebar online welding tag system & wire hanging tag robot
– Based on robot technology and computer 3D imaging technology, the equipment is connected to on-line MES system to complete the steps of automatic welding, such as transmitting, automatic printing labels, automatic identifying target positions, automatic bundling and quantity review, and optimization of label hanging (welding) position.
